TERMS OF SERVICE

Purchasing a commission you accept that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.
MAIN INFO:
— I have the right to refuse a commission request for any reason. It's nothing personal.
— No refunds. Therefore, if you want to order a commission from me, please be sure of this.
— Main payment method is EasyStart (card, invoice\fast payment via Stripe).
— Full prepayment (Payment plans are available from 400€+).
— Deadline: from 2 weeks to 3 months for 1 commission.
— When I send you WIPs\final work, you have three days to send your feedback and ask for revisions if you need them. Otherwise, I continue the work I see fit\will publish, and further changes outside of the deadline will cost extra.
— Feedback is appreciated! But so I can correct any issues as the appear, please try to communicate as clearly as possible (visual aides help a lot!).
— Small changes are free, but the major ones can cost extra (from 20€ to 50€), so please be reasonable.
— In the process, you will receive the following WIPs: sketch - color/shading - finished work. If you need more WIPs, you can specify that.
USAGE RULES:
— You have the right to re-upload any commissioned work you get from me. I only ask to be credited as the artist, and that you only upload the public\low-res version of your commission.
— The Copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only.
— I have the right to use the commissioned pictures I draw for monetary purposes (art packs, patreon).
OTHER:
— Be careful and patient when paying, do not make repeated payments and take your time until you are sure that the money has been or not has been debited from your card in order to avoid extra charges.
— Depending upon my schedule, health, workload and the complexity of the commission the process of work after payment may range from a few days to a few months.

— Movie, show or game characters
— Any species and gender
❌ DON'TS:
— Fetishes including: scat, diapers, inflation, pregnancy, some extreme fetishes. You can always ask if your fetish is not on the list
❔ Questionable:
— Blood, Violence, Gore
— Human characters
— Mechs, robots, etc
— Toxic color characters
— Anal, dick vore

*The price per comic page is calculated separately:
— Base + extra characters (if needed) + number of extra panels (the price depends on Its content, average is ~60-85) + BG (if needed)
